Job Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing order variance analysis for standard vs actual
- To update and maintain standard product costs for all SKUs on a timely basis.
- Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align financial data with operational activities.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
- Inventory Valuation: Maintain accurate costing for all materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Participate in monthly financial closings, ensuring COGS data is accurate and complete.
- Monthly Reporting: Cost analysis by division, Inventory valuation, SST exemption
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Handle SST submissions and support corporate tax computations if required.
- Liaise with internal & external auditors and tax agents; prepare audit schedules and respond to queries.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or professional certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
- Good in organization skills and time management skills.
- Responsibility, respect each other, fast learner and able to work with a team.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiar with Infor M3, ERP system.
- Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

- Purchase data entry, prepare payment for account payable and routine sundry purchase.
- Update and posting cost for finished output and transferring in Navision system.
- Filing of documents and assist others in filing task when needed.
- Gather information for ad-hoc reporting required by management.
- Attend physical stock count, assist with annual audit and tax are needed.
- SPM/Certificate or Diploma in accounting.
- At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience.

- Loading, unloading, transporting and delivering goods to customer with accurate orders in safe and timely manner.
- Plan delivery sequence and meet delivery schedules.
- Collect and verify all delivery orders have been acknowledge by customers.
- Maintaining vehicles cleanliness and ensure the vehicle safety at all times.
- SPM or STPM holder.
- Valid Malaysian D License for lorry operation.
- Vocational GDL to E License (Heavy Motor Car unladen weight exceeding 7500kg)
- Previous experience as lorry driver in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
