Job Responsibilities:

  • Purchase data entry, prepare payment for account payable and routine sundry purchase.
  • Update and posting cost for finished output and transferring in Navision system.
  • Filing of documents and assist others in filing task when needed.
  • Gather information for ad-hoc reporting required by management.
  • Attend physical stock count, assist with annual audit and tax are needed.

 Job Requirements

  • SPM/Certificate or Diploma in accounting.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience.
  • Good in organization skills and time managements skills.
  • Meticulous, independent, self-motivated and able to work with a team.
  • Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Working location: Kulai
