Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving company’s compliance with the relevant standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies/procedures.
  • Provide top-down support, work with Compliance owners of various compliance areas to achieve   compliance objectives.
  • Provide advisory to Management with regards to emerging up-to-date regulatory requirements, legal and contractual matters.
  • Control assessment checklist for compliance audit and ensure to fulfill HQ requirement.
  • Undertake internal compliance audits, special examination and investigation assigned by HQ.
  • Responsible for company’s legal and regulatory risk register as well as to compile ESG and Risk Management reports.
  • Instilling the compliance culture among employees through guidance, coaching, mentoring.
  • Implement and monitor compliance program & SOP.

 Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ Finance or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably in manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in advisory, investigation and policies making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Resourceful, attentive to details and able to take pressure to meet tight deadline.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
