Job Responsibilities:
- Driving company’s compliance with the relevant standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies/procedures.
- Provide top-down support, work with Compliance owners of various compliance areas to achieve compliance objectives.
- Provide advisory to Management with regards to emerging up-to-date regulatory requirements, legal and contractual matters.
- Control assessment checklist for compliance audit and ensure to fulfill HQ requirement.
- Undertake internal compliance audits, special examination and investigation assigned by HQ.
- Responsible for company’s legal and regulatory risk register as well as to compile ESG and Risk Management reports.
- Instilling the compliance culture among employees through guidance, coaching, mentoring.
- Implement and monitor compliance program & SOP.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ Finance or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in advisory, investigation and policies making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Resourceful, attentive to details and able to take pressure to meet tight deadline.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
