Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in handling full spectrum of accounting functions and review AR, AP, GL and inventory entries.
  • Perform and manage credit control and approve on sales order release according the credit limit.
  • Prepare Key Account TTA provision summary, ensure GL taken up match with customer deduction.
  • Prepare Key Account A&P and rebate summary to compile the profit and loss on half yearly basis.
  • Prepare sales report, analysis in daily and monthly basis. Assist for yearly sales budget and monthly review.
  • Ensure account are taken up accurately and closing within deadline given.
  • Manage on physical stock take activity and prepare reconciliation for variances.
  • Coordinate with system provider for Navision and EWN when issue raised.
  • Involve in M3 implementation process for Accounting, Financial and Sales Management module.
  • Assists on Executive Director on daily task, schedule arrangements, review email with ED and arrange on document signing. Arranging all related travelling arrangement for ED.
  • Prepare and update master price list as and when required.
  • Review sales team member target incentive and commission table.

 Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting with at least 3 to 5 years of accounts related working experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Systematic, organized, co-operative with great analytical skills.
  • Proficient with MS office especially in MS excel.
  • Knowledge in Navision ERP or Infor M3 system and B2B web will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Chinese will be an added advantage.
